At any place that sells art supplies you will find newsprint drawing pads (9 x 12 inches). I either cut down the pages myself or take the whole thing to what used to be Kinkos (now FEDEX) and have them cut it to 8 1/2 x 11). The pages tear very well, if you have problems with it, wetting it or washing little pieces out will not be a problem, and it is cheap.
I really want to find a source of newspaper endrolls so I can draw up my own. I don't always run through a printer and this would be ideal for me.
