My husband has hand eczema and his hands crack and bleed for no reason. The dermatologist told him to limit water contact and any fragrance contact. I used unscented products, laundry detergents, hand cream, etc.

What works best for him is Curel, Continuous Comfort, Fragrance free. Uses it every time he washes his hands or showers, numerous time during the day, just because and before bed. He then, slathers his hands in Vasoline and wears inexpensive all cotton garden gloves.

In the morning, his hands are soft and cut free most of the time. Remember skin needs great care, continually, and if he doesn't keep at it, the cracks come right back. It's probably the daily contact you with have chlorine that is drying your feet so bad also daily heavy. Try to moisturize them as often as you can during the day, not just at night.

When his hands are really bad, he uses Hess Udder ointment, you can google it online. This product is back in production by the great granddaughter of the dr. who first put it on the market 100 years ago for Hess & Clark. I know it was in the cabinets of all my relatives growing up as all farmers used it and found out it was a great salve for all kinds of cuts and scrapes. Hope you can get your skin back to soft and crack free.
