I have been reading the quilt board for a long while now, and never joined in. There is always something good going on. So I will try my hand at it. I have 2 grandsons: 1 is 4 1/2, Brenden, I made him the Fons and Porter Car's quilt from the kit. Then Kyle, 4 wanted a Car's quilt but different. Had to put my thinking cap on for this. So here is what I came up with.
