I found 16# legal note pads at Office Max put out by Docket....50 sheets/pad, copy paper sized. I don't remember the exact cost, but so much less than PP paper at Pacific Fabrics or JoAnne's. Yes, it is ruled, but the light blue lines didn't effect the pattern. I found it went through my cheap copier just fine, and tore off very easily.
