Oh this is excellent. Thank you for the photo. I have tons of cones and had something rigged up to create the idea yours does but for some reason it began pulling the top thread tension to tight. I started winding it onto bobbins and sewing the top thread off of a bobbin spool. It is a pain because I have to watch that it doesn't spin too fast and wrap the thread around the spool holder. I have tried putting it in a bowl or something but I get too much tension that way too. Thanks again./Regards, Dorothy
