This is from a newspaper clipping that I have hanging on my fridge:

Before meals, mix the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt into an 8-ounce glass of water and drink. After meals, try a teaspoon of honey to soothe your heartburn.

Good luck, I hope it goes away soon! I have a lot of heartburn lately, because I'm pregnant. It's yucky!
