CUCUMBER DILL DIP
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dill weed ( I used dried)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
( 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce - optional)
Beat cream cheese til soft and smooth. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Chill. Serve as dip for Ritz crackers, or other crackers or chips.
Can make a day or 2 ahead. Keeps several days.
