Not funny. I was just thinking of posting about those critters today too. I think we have one that creeps under our trailer. Funny thing is, it seems to be here overnight, when it should be prowling. The odor goes away during the day. The odor also only comes through one vent in our floor...also odd.
Either way, it is not a nice scent...makes my nose hairs tingle.
I had a friend who lived in a trailer and two skunks crawled under it into a small space and then had a fight. She came to work, and even though she was 3 rows away, I could smell it. She had to go home it was so bac. They had to get someone out to trap the remaining skunk then hired a professional cleaing company to clean out under the trailer and take care of the odor inside. All the clothes had to be cleaned and her 2 cats had to have baths (they were NOT happy). Once all was done, they had a carpenter come out and close off the opening so it wouldn't happen again.
