You know, neither of these is irreversible. Bones grow and change all through life. Work on getting your calcium and vitamin D levels up to start with. Eat food you really have to chew (al dente veggies, apples, steak, even gum) to make the bones thicken with use.

For the loose tooth, try a remedy an old dentist of mine used to have all his patients do: Put 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (Bragg's is one brand) in enough hot water to make one cup and drink it down. Do this twice a day for 2 - 4 weeks, more each day if you're overweight (3 - 4 times/day). Eventually, you'll find that the tooth is solid in place.

Yes, it tastes bad, but wouldn't you rather have the tooth?

Get outside in the sun and exercise. Bones are bones, and working out your limb bones will strength all of them, I should think. Okay, I'm guessing on this one, but it's good for you no matter what.
