Nest week we are re-dedicating our newly renovated building. After the service we're having lunch and I just can't figure out what to make. It has to stand for 2 hours from house to serving. We have a fridge available, but I'm betting it will be full. Any ideas for a main dish or salad. If I don't come up with something I'll make cookies, but we usually have lots of desserts. I'm new to the church and to southern living and wow can these women cook! I'm a good cook, but I don't want to be embarassed!
