Nay. Joanne's is not a priority for me. I don't care for the low quality fabric while their better fabrics are priced at or more than I can get quality brand names at my local shop. I've bought my quilting tools there at times with coupons, but I'm well stocked in rulers, mats and they don't carry Mettler thread which is the only one I use for quilting. Books are the only items I'm interested in at Joannes and with only one coupon each time I rarely go there. BTW, the closest one is over an hour away.
Books are either 40% or 50% off without a coupon. I went Friday night and got two books, plus used the coupon for an extra 10% off the entire purchase, even on sale items. At an hour away, I'd always make sure to go when there is a big sale. That's a long drive to just poke around and pick up a few things.
