I saw a huge one (shape cut ruler) today while I was at JoAnns. It was hanging on a rack with some rotary cutters underneath of a sign that said "50% off". There was no price posted so I asked the price -- $47.++ but it wasn't on sale! Of course I had a 50% off coupon but it doesn't start until the 17th. How much you wanna bet when I go back they won't have any...
Someone please tell me what a shape cut ruler is? I'v never heard of that term before and I checked Joanns online and it's not listed there. thanks, Anne
