Hi, and welcome from sunny southern California! Where in Colorado? we lived in Northglenn for almost 3 years, 2 of my children were born at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital. We have some land around Pagosa Springs, hope to build something there sometime. Colorado is beautiful!
