thanks, calling another Dr. that hospital gave us for a follow up Tuesday
the ER Dr. said he tore his bicep muscle (did xrays, gave him meds and told us to follow up with specialist on Tuesday)

Ouch! My DH did that a couple of years ago. His bicep was hard as a rock. Went to Dr., they wanted to give him pain meds, he said "No"; took anti inflammatory, iced it several times a day, rested, and it went away.
