Yes it is close to that I think they are 16 inches unfinished. I did enlarge the pattern, it has been a while so I don't know what size I used for sure.. I think it was called Sarahs star but it is the same as star flower. I used a record album cover to cut this one.
On the green one yes, I wanted it big enough to cover the top of the bed. I do believe it was Loretta Lynn too.
