I told you all this was coming back a few months ago when my friend went to Paducah. It is sad----because I think you guys are right that it will close some LQS---we quilters will survive in that we will do as our predisessors and recyle clothing to make our quilts. For those of us on limited budget, there are lots of 100% cottons in pants, shirts, skirts, etc. in thrift stores and at yard sales. Get what you need and can afford now. Besides, we all have each other and from what I have seen, generosity abounds on this board. Keep the faith---we will make it through this, and the fabric factories will get the message eventually.
