ozecb, I live in Argentina and do all my shopping online. I found that Handcocks of Paducah has some great bargins when they run their sales. They are easy to work with and deliver internationaly, they ship the cheapest way possible too, USPS Global Priority envelopes. I also shop a lot at the Thousands of bolts, http://www.thousandsofbolts.com/index.cfm
They also are easy to work with, use the same kind of shipping as Hancocks and the best part is that they sell all name brands for the cheapest price I have found on the web. The only thing is they don't carry all the latest fabrics, I think they buy leftovers that don't sell but I have found Moda, Robert Kaufman, etc and anything I brought from them was top quality.
