Today's the day for the specialist and I hope everything goes well.

I fell and hurt the bicep tendon in my shoulder, actually it goes from the shoulder to the elbow. It wasn't torn, but just overstreched, I guess, and developed bicep tendonitiss, amd there was a lot of inflammation. It was extremely painful and I couldn't use my arm for a long time. It's still not back to normal and there are still things I can't do, and there is still inflammation and that was over a year ago. The only thing I can do for relief is take ibuprofen which only takes the edge off. And I can't take that stuff too often. So I really sympathise. In a way, I wish I had torn the tendon because surgery can fix that just fine.

I hope the dr. has encouraging news for your husband today and that he gets the easiest, most successful treatment possible and in back to normal soon.

Be sure to keep all of us updated and in the meantime, I'm sending prayers.
