My friend and I went "quilt shop hopping" today and visited 3 quilt stores in my area. I talked to every one of the owners and asked them about the fabric increase and they all said "what increase?". Most of the fabric is still $6.00 up to $9.00 a yard and that was at one of the newest stores. The others were still very reasonable. One of the owners said that maybe the price increase was at stores in the larger cities. So, either that is the case, or else the price increase hasn't come to Montana yet.
