Bargello quilts are done by sewing long vertical strip sets of different widths in about 17 colors. Then these strip sets are cut horizontally making a chain of 17 squares, one of each color. These chains are then sewn together in rows. The key is that these rows all start at the top with a different color so it makes a wavy design. You never actually sew little squares together! It just looks that way. I'm not good at explaining. It's clear in my mind, but you're probably more confused. I hope that gives enough info for you to go to the web site & read the actual instructions.
