Had a tear in my colon but they didn't need to operate they are healing my tear with antibiotics. I'm home after a week, and feeling better but weak. Can't sit long to quilt but that will come. Eating Health bread with lots of seeds. They get in the little bags in your colon and wrigglr throught making small tears. Health bread did it big time!
