I wouldn't want for us to have to fussy-cut the squares; that would be much too labor-intensive, and I don't think anyone would want to pay the additional money it would cost for us to do that.

So, to keep it simple, what if the fat 1/8's were cut to 9" x 22"? Then you could get several fussy-cut 5" or 6" squares out of each piece. Would that work well?
