I'm from Southwestern MN where I quilt inthe winter and garden in the summer. (Around this area, many quilters also have an addiction to gardening). I've been quilting only a couple years and loving it. I just joined this Quilting Board and am enjoying it, too, even though I hardly go on the computer at home. I also work full time as a Hotel Director at a Casino so I don't have as much time to quilt as I wish I did!
