I attatch the label in the lower right corner. For the quilts I give to the grandkids. I machine sew them on the back before it is quilted, thus assuring that it will stay in place with rough wear.
I make my labels with the help of my computer "card" program and print them off on printable fabric . It is easy to personalize them.
