But one thing I perhaps didn't make clear was that if I didn't have another computer to connect to the internet (this virus completely disabled my pc), I wouldn't have been able to get help from the internet. So if you only have one computer, then either save this info or google the geek sites for help before it happens. MajorGeeks was probably one of the sites I visted, amongst many. There were other remedies for this problem, but the System Restore was the clearest, easiest and it worked!
