I stumbled upon this message board today as I found our own website was getting a lot of traffic from you folks this week! (despite it being July a lot of you want to know how to make your own Christmas stockings!)
I run a website (along with 3 great friends) dedicated to sharing our passion for living creatively and sustainably - whether that's making your own jam, salvaging an old chair from a dump and giving it new life, or knitting, sewing, quilting etc
As we're based in the UK we're not as well versed as our American cousins in the art of quilting - but there are loads of us over here desperate to learn. (see my recent piece on my visit to the Quilting exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum -
