What a cute story!! Another male quilter in the making, yeah!
My DD is 26yrs. old and still has her blankie that was her oldest brother's, he's 36yrs. She takes it to bed every night with her and lays it on top of her and she's married. Chris(her DH)doesn't seem to mind. My DD just had a daughter of her own and I think she' going to have to pass the blankie on down the line. Whenever my daughter goes to work(she's on third shift) her husband gives his daughter her mommy's blankie & she falls right to sleep!!!
