Hi Jodi and cminor! I'm glad that you liked my ideas. I think it will make a pretty quilt. On the little side blocks, they had to be 7" x 8" and 7" x 6" to make it come out right. You could make them those sizes, or make them 6 x 6 and put a one inch strip next to them to make them the right size. Good luck with your quilts. I'd love to see them when you are done.
