I needed to do a quilt for a guy. I was told by his mom that he was into camouflage, elk, moose, and jeeps. I also was looking for an easy pattern that wasn’t too feminine. I found what I was looking for called “highlights” on this blog: http://patchwork-of-mini-grey.blogsp...light%20Quilt. I sat down and drafted the pattern out on paper and calculated my yardage too.
I ended up with a double sided King size quilt. This is only my second quilt I have quilted myself on the rented long arm at the LQS.
