I used to work in radio/tv. Sometimes there were live "tags" on the end of commericals. I was asked to do one for a store called The Magic Mushroom (back in the 70s). The tag line was supposed to say "and you can park free across the street." What came out, live on the air, was "and you can pee free across the street." Yep. The ironic part was that the store was in a part of town where it seems like people did that anyway. :-)
