Thank you all so much! Yes, I've tried the basting spray too and do use it. I'm just a little afraid of it when making the kids quilts...you never know..I know, they say it all washes out, but I'd hate to make a kid sick for some reason and these quilts are not too big, so pinning is the way I go.
Yes, the monkeys are from Debbie Mum's book for kids. I love several of the quilts in there. I've made the bear bow tie one also and it turned out just darling! As a matter of fact, that is what I am going to make for the monkey quilt kid's brother! I'll be cutting it out this week (I hope)!
