You went to JoAnn's huh? Why? I've gone so far as to talk to headquarters after complaining online. It makes no difference at all. Attitude comes from the top; they don't have enough staff for their sales and the employees are not happy. Therefore, I avoid the place like the plague. Even the restrooms aren't managed well....or, at all. You can smile and make nice with them and still end up leaving frustrated and disappointed. Nix on JoAnn's.
