Hi from eastern Oregon.. I am a gardener, and a quilter, as well. My twin sis lives up in your neck of the woods ( Minnesota ).. she lives in some little tiny place about half hour from Bemidji.. out in the boonies it sounds like, lol.. I havent been up there yet, she and her hubby moved from Bend, ORegon a year or so ago when they retired.. retiring to the MINUS 35 degree below zero winter weather? what were they thinkin'!!
