I have only had positive experiences at our Joann's. They are always willing to answer my questions or help me find what I need. I never go on the first day of a sale though. Plus, having worked in retail, I am a much more patient customer now. Short staffing is a pain, but it isn't the clerk's fault. I did go to a fabric store out of town and the clerks were really taking their good old time and not helpful at all. I put my fabric back and left. Life is too short to get irritated.
