Well, let's look at this realistically. The only two national stores that almost everyone on the list shops at that carry fabric are: JoAnns and WalMart. That's why JoAnns and WalMart get mentioned so often. They're probably the only two stores that everyone on the list is familiar with and/or irritated at.
