If you don't have time to deal with them right now, wash and put in a plastic bag, seal shut, and in the Fall, take our, boil well, discard the seeds. Chop well, or if you have a food processor, process to a smooth pulp.
Have some Pen-Jel or Sure-Jell on hand and follow the recipe for Apricot Jam. Or, if not listed for Apricot Jam, just use the recipe for Peach Jam. Follow the directions to a "t" put into jars and store in the bottom of the fridg. for Christmas Presents, or even get out and eat!
