You are reducing stress, improving and stablizing your mood and emotional health. Is this easy? No, it is hard work. Will it end? No, these are life long changes you are making. In a little while it won't cause as much stress as it does right now, but this is a permanent change. So....
No more of this negative thinking. You are doing good things for yourself and you deserve credit for changing. Be as proud of yourself as you would be of your child, should they have tackled the same situation.
