After they are wet and left dry they really are permanent. I colored some flowers, wet the pencil marks, left them dry, and then did a transparent wash in the background with Seta color paint. The pencil did not bleed when re-wet.
Wow! Sounds just like what I am looking for! When they were wet, did the colors blend? I am going to look for them at the art store when I go to town on Friday, thanks for the tip!!
