I've lived in the heat my entire life, I pack water, and wear a wet cloth around my neck. And I only go 6 to 9 miles so I don't tire out. But thanks for the concern.
I got back early as I got a flat and had to walk about a mile until husband picked me up. I used a can a flat fix, it worked for about a 1/2 mile.
