Isn't it true that sometimes it is so much easier to remember the bad instead of the good and complain rather than praise, as for me I'm glad that Joanns treated me bad because it sent me to Fields Fabric in Grand Rapids MI on Plainfield RD. and they are the nicest and the most helpful women I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I live in Grand Rapids and am planning on taking a quilting store trip in a few weeks so I have just added 3 more stores to my list just by reading this thread, if anyone else has any really good places in Michigan let me know, my hubby and I are planning on a 5 day trip right now but he is awesome when it comes to trips like this and will gladly add miles and miles for me if I want to add shops to the list.
