I've never seen a pattern for one. The fabrics in mine are really really old prints. Could be over 50 years old. If I knew how to finish I think I would work on it again.
I'd love to see a picture of your old quilt! The white coverlet under the Yo-Yo's is one I bought, so the Yo-Yo quilt just lays on top.
