I used to make all the preserves for the family. I just love the smell of homemade ketchup in the house. I cook one batch every year. 8 years ago my DH grew some Habanero peppers, I found a recipe to make a jelly that I gave to my daughter. Beside using it at her home, she started giving it away as an hostess present. I have fun to think that there is some in France, U.S.A and even Benin
