She was upstairs in their attic and had been stored up there along with some other industrial machines that were used for reupholstering. It had the original case is excellent condition and the machine wasn't even dusty when we opened it up :)
What a beautiful machine. I was in a local thrift shop yesterday. They had a vintage machine not nearly as nice as yours and asking $50 for it. I asked if they would take $25 and they declined. Then, I found out their proceeds support Crisis Pregnancy Center and a place for Battered Woman... two I also support, so I do hope they get their asking price.
