I jut got a John Deer with feathers and all sorts of great designs. You can buy the sticky back stabilizer,hoop it, cut out a center opening, and stick your quilt to that and quilt away. My Diamond has an extra long needle bed for ease of quilting. I just roll it up and off I go. You don't need stabilizer if you have more than one layer of fabric. Use a quilting needle in your machine, and change it often. Enclosed are 2 pictures of table runners I did on the embroidery machine. The butterfly is stippled, and the other one has a flower design.
