Dark chocolate is very good for you, they say a little bit a day. A fast and easy recipe from barefoot contessa and you really can just eat a little.
Chocolate Crackle
Melt good chocolate ( I have used white and it is great) in microwave for 1 min. keep checking and stir to just melt it.
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment or wax paper.
Spread chocolate very thin on it.
Have Ready ( any dried combo you wish) eg. apricots, cherries, raisins , cranberries, assorted nuts.
Sprinkle over the chocolate and press lightly.
Refrigerate till cool
Unfold paper and make into uneven chunks..YummmYummmEnjoy
