WHOOPIE CAKE

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
blend these dry ingredients together, then add:
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 cups cold water
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla

bake at 350 about 40 to 45 min.
