Hi ther e- I got THE chocolate cake for you! Two actually, but have one in my head and will have to run downstairs to get the other one. Okay, this one is MOIST, LIGHT and DELICIOUS!! Use it all the time and I do cake orders and decorating from home.
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (or other fudgy cake mix)
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup water
3 eggs
I usually mix the eggs and mayo first, then add the mix and water - doesn't make a mess that way. I usually set timer for about 15 mins. (depends on pan used) and check it. Since I bake in all different size and shape pans, don't know exact timing. Test with cake tester. When just a couple crumbs stick, take it out of oven!! 350 degrees
