Thanks to everyone for your recipes. My cake was a little dry. The icing was just great. I will add a little apple sauce to the batter next time. In the mean time I think I will try the one "The best chocolate cake ever." Like I said I am on the baking from scratch kick. I think I will also google the wacky cake and check it out.
