Kind of seems like a scam to me. Tell the seller you want to back out. We got our ebay account hacked and they made two purchase totaling over 3k. And since our paypal was linked to ebay they got the money for the first item and we got it stopped by the second. Anyways long story short, the first seller we ended up talking to on the phone and they had gotten scammed too. The second seller however refused to communicate with us and kept demanding the money and trying to take the money. Lots of ebay scams out there. Sounds like a bid em up and drop them kind of thing.
