Ok so I have never made a ruffle. From what I was reading they kept folding it under and sewing. What is this pulling business? Very curious.
That is pleating, it makes a nice ruffle too. It will lay flatter and you don't have to worry about getting the ruffles even :wink:
There is a ruffling foot you can buy, it makes the job go very quick and easy. It will pleat or ruffle :D:D:D
